A. Front Squat: 10 – 5 – 10 – 5 – max reps  E2:30MOM

B. 2 rounds for time of:

5 ground to overhead  135/95  RX+ 165/115  (55 and over 105/70)

10 pull-ups  RX+ 5 muscle ups

rest 2 minutes

2 rounds for time of:

5 ground to overhead  135/95  RX+ 165/115  (55 and over 105/70)

10 barbell push-ups  RX+ 5 muscle ups

rest 2 minutes

    Destruction. This WOD destroyed me. I am not sure if it is because I feel as if I am starting over or if I am starting to get a little sick. As I always say, sometimes you OWN the barbell, and sometime the Barbell OWNS YOU! Today the Barbell Owned ME!!!

    Front Squats = 185 for 10 – 225 for 5 – 185 for 10 – 225 for 5 – 205 for 7

    WOD RXd (135lbs, pull-ups, Barbell push-ups) = 1:05 / 1:32 / 1:24

    Check out round 1 video. It destroyed me real bad. Have to eliminate the press out and now that I can somewhat pull-up again have to speed them up. Thanks for the shirt Jada☺
