    OG Kennedy still doin what he does…everything! Josh is a true OG at CFHSV and he’s seen a lot and done a lot along the way. One thing has remained consistent through the years – Josh gonna do an hour of accessory after any WOD he does. He’s honestly a machine. The man runs for miles, CrossFits all day, and on his time off he’s trekking through the woods teaching the youth how to survive the wild. He’s a men of men and a total gentleman. Nice work Kennedy!

    Josh flying high and showing off those skills! Josh has been throwing down with us for what feels like forever, and his friendly demeanor and booming voice are a constant in the early morning hours at CFHSV. He works hard in the gym and puts all that fitness to great use outside the gym in so many ways. He’s a proud husband and father, a loyal friend and a dedicated patriot. Keep after it, Josh! 😃

    Josh! I was lucky enough to watch this guy do those strict ring muscle ups! Josh is SO strong. He knows himself as an athlete. He knows when to push and he knows when to be smart. He has shown his boys the importance of health/fitness and they have followed in his footsteps. Such an awesome guy with an awesome family to match. Always has a kind word and encouraging to those around him. I know it’s going to be a good morning when this guy walks in the gym… keep showing us how it’s done!

    Thanks all for the good word. I’ve met a lot of great people at CFHSV, very fortunate that my first CF experience in June 2010 was with CFHSV and been with the best box in America ever since. I hope all of us just keep getting better and staying healthy. Have a great (yet cold) weekend!
