    6:00pm Open Gym:
    A: death by back sqt @135# – 15rds, finished w/10s remaining. Total = 120reps
    B: Bench press, E1:30OM for 10rds –
    C: EMOM for 9rds, 1power clean + 1 front sqt, increase load each min by 10#s. Started at 135#, finished at 215#
    – Good luck to all competing in the morning!!!
