For time:
50 box jumps 24″
50 jumping pull-ups
50 KBS 16kg
Walking lunges, 50 steps
50 knees to elbows
50 push press 45/35
50 back/hip extensions
50 WBS 20/14 10′
50 burpees
50 double unders

Grr, :69 off my PR. Disappointing becaue this a fav but goes to show you the dynamics of CF. I feel like I’ve gained a lot of strength lately, sacrificed some cardio and maybe this week’s wods had some effect on my output today. Arms got loaded almost immediately into the jumping pull-ups and it was a struggle to fight the burn from there on out…but loved every minute of it.
Great work 0600, everyone cut the cord and went deep into the pain cave!

25:38 scaled to 20″ box jump and knee to navel all at 30 reps. PR’d from last time.
24:01 Singles 150x instead of Dbl. unders
Knees to elbow were the hardest part and then the burpees were just a grind.
