One of the many things I love about CFHSV. Couples working out together!

Open WOD 15.1, 15.1a last year was SO incredibly difficult for me. Those snatches. Lord. I’d never done a 75# snatch in my life before that WOD.

Last year 1+25 Rx and 105#
This year 2+26 Rx and 110#

I am feeling like a superstar right now! I’ll be strutting all day at work. 🙂

I meant to also add a thanks to Kodi for the great coaching this morning. The snatches, they still own me a little.

    • Nathaniel says:

Strut girl! You are bad to the bone and you and your man train hard. Awesome to see the improvement from last year.

-Aside from PRing both parts, the plus is that I wasn’t as worn out after the first part as I was last year. Credited to great coaching and great programming!
