For Time:

6 deadlift  295/195   RX+ 365/235  (MRX 245/145)

200m run

12 ring dips  RX+ strict and must muscle up into dips  (MRX bar dips)

8 deadlift  295/195   RX+ 365/235  (MRX 245/145)

400m run

16 ring dips  RX+ strict and must muscle up into dips  (MRX bar dips)

    This monster can move ya’ll. We were running 800m once in a wod, and I kept hearing someone behind me. When I made the turn at the dumpster, I had this guy staring at me. I thought to myself…SHEESH! THIS DUDE ISNT SUPPOSED TO RUN LIKE THAT! CrossFit baby…always changing the game!

    I’m dubbing him “The Train”.

    Way to go stud Scott!
