Complete the following for time of:

20 double unders
20 no push up burpees
400m run
40 double unders
40 stationary alternating lunges with plate OH 45/35
800m run
80 double unders
80 sit-ups ab-mat unanchored military style

Achilles were very tight, so running looking more like yogging. I like the military situps – a lot harder than flailing my arms for crossfit situps.

28:30 scaled the DUs to singles BUT I did manage to string together 3 DUs during warm up! Yay Progress! Awesome motivation from Coach DB today!
