    My wonderful CFHSV family, friends, coaches, and athletes, I would like to tell you from the bottom of my heart you are the BEST. Your support, care, compassion, encouragement and marvelous motivation truly was my driving force. The way you pushed me at our box by making us both go hard as well as everyday you help improve my coaching skills to make us better athletes and people is very much appreciated. We learned a lot this week that we can bring back home to make us all better athletes and once again this was only possible by your great support and everyday push. To be able to work with such great people and love doing it is a true blessing and please know this is never taken for granted. Thank you again for everything.       You are the MAN DB!. You need to take a week off and eat pizza, ice cream, and drink good beer. Do it all while sitting in the middle of the gym floor in a lazy boy watching us working. Better yet, barking out advise and encouragement whilst hold a beer in one hand and a pizza in the other, with a mouth full of ice cream (Purity Moose Tracks)…with your pajamas on.
