    Sheesh look at that stud! Brent showing off his strength, style and CF L-1 credentials all in one shot! We’ve had a lot of great athletes at CFHSV, but no one has ever walked through the door and immediately turned heads like this guy. He’s an outlier — a combination of true athleticism, power and strength. He CrossFits for fun and to stay healthy, and he’s got an easy, laid back way about him. But there’s no hiding that he’s a total freak of an athlete. You rock, Brent! Keep it up 🙂

    B! Brent doin BIG things as usual. Brent keeps it simple in the gym. He brings a ball cap, his smile, and his work ethic. He does a lot more outside the gym with his master multi-tasking skills. It’s easy to see how his work ethic outside the gym helps him in the gym. Brent’s always moving. He has an old school work ethic to match that old school Level 1 CrossFit shirt he got back in the day when he first caught the CrossFit bug. Keep it up dude!

    Brent is an all around stud! He can do anything he wants at a level unmatched by most.
