    She’s a powerhouse! Alli brought the best attitude with her when she started CrossFit and she’s kept it every day. Alli is super competitive with herself and super supportive to those around her. She continues to make gains in strength, skill, and endurance and she’s got the x-factor too…she’s tough with a smile. Glad you found us Alli and keep showin up!

    It’s hard to look cute and happy in the middle of a brutal WOD, but Alli always manages to pull it off regularly 🤗 This lady is tough and determined and she’s been pushing herself every day since she first walked through our doors. I still remember coaching her in the 101 and then bragging on how hard she went and how well she moved to the other coaches. I was so impressed with Alli and continue to be! She’s also genuine, friendly and kind. You rock, Alli!
