That dude is bad to the bone!

  2. Matthew H says:

I am bringing fresh eggs from my chickens tomorrow at the 7am class. I’ll set them in the fridge and leave a jar on the counter. Just leave a few dollars as I’m over run with eggs over the last couple of weeks.

There are 6 Dozen currently available.

  3. Mandee says:

Jeremy looking jacked and working hard! And his fellow 7am folks making rope climbs look easy! 🙂

  4. Nathaniel says:

Watch out! My man Jeremy doin work on a brutal WOD. Jeremy puts in work and always makes time to encourage eveyone around him. He’s one of CFHSV’s very best

  5. Kyle O says:

Jeremy looking good on the overhead lunges! Fantastic athlete and all around awesome dude. I really hate he’s moved to the morning crew….

  6. Josh Kennedy says:

17:58 Rx. 0500 crew bringing it pre-dawn! Multiple folks will break 15min today, and some fire-breather is gonna go sub-12min (breakfast on me for anybody that makes it).
Like to make a public shout-out and kudos to JeremyM. The man enlists in the Army, then volunteers for the Ranger Regiment. He has seen combat in some of the craziest conditions imaginable, most of us (me included) cannot even fathom. He served honorably, comes home, takes a few years to figure civilian life again. But gets back on the horse, GOES TO COLLEGE and puts that G.I. Bill to use; earns a CIVIL ENGINEERING degree from UAH (!!) Working hard to raise his daughter. Always a smile and great attitude. A testament to what we as an American society hope for in our Soldiers as they re-integrate to ‘normal’ life.

And oh BTW: a great athlete and great CrossFitter. Proud to have know him and have my arse kicked my him regularly in the box. RLTW…

    • Nathaniel says:

      Amen to all that

Jeremy is the “Gift of Gab”. He has rightly earned that title from the continual praises he gives to everyone in the community to the verbal trap he sets when you’re trying to get somewhere on time 😛

An awesome friend, father, and athlete…keep rockin’ it stud!

  11. Duke says:

    Ditto what josh Kennedy said.
Haven’t seen this guy in a month. He worked out with me the entire last summer. It was just me and him. Lots of days where I just didn’t want to work out and then here comes Jeremy. Pushing me everyday. Man I appreciate it Jeremy.
One thing that went down while working out with Jeremy was my speaking skills. I could never get a word in. Have a great day stud muffin.

    • Dani says:

Haha Yes! Jeremy has so much energy and charisma and it definitely pours out of his mouth in both smile and words 🙂 Very proud to call him my friend. This guy can motivate like no one I’ve ever worked with. If you get the great privileged of having him as a one-on-one judge for you in a workout, you’ll love it! He makes you feel …like the best version of yourself.
