Beach team WOD with a twist…
Asked my younger, thinner, taller, more athletic brother if he wanted to go for a run and do a bunch of push-ups. 2 miles into a 6 mile run, I looked back and he’s nowhere to be seen. After I finished, he said “no excuses” and that he simply couldn’t keep up.
Transformative experience that reminded me of the brothers swimming in Gattaca. ? to the older, heavier, shorter, and less coordinated siblings.
