    I’ll tell you what…those wallballs push ups kicked my butt. Talk about a full body workout! We need more of those. It was hard not to have a swayback.

    I loved hating this workout! Ray is a great bench partner, helping me throw up that beastly 125lbs 🙂

Jay Schug over at Austin Physical Therapy is into CF and follows this philosophy. My lower back and tight IT band are much improved from a few simple exercises! He’s doing a clinic a week from Saturday over at Nomad, he said anyone was welcome.

    I can tell those Endurance WODs are paying off with this one. Though rowing 1500 meters with the sun beating down on your face is still a challenge.
