I’ll tell you what…those wallballs push ups kicked my butt. Talk about a full body workout! We need more of those. It was hard not to have a swayback.

Dennis here’s the website I was talking about: http://posturalrestoration.com Were we talking about the same thing? Jay Schug over at Austin Physical Therapy is into CF and follows this philosophy. My lower back and tight IT band are much improved from a few simple exercises! He’s doing a clinic a week from Saturday over at Nomad, he said anyone was welcome.
I can tell those Endurance WODs are paying off with this one. Though rowing 1500 meters with the sun beating down on your face is still a challenge.
My plan to WOD at 4:30 got interrupted by work, so I apologize for missing my scheduled WOD. Probly best to rest my sore elbow. See y’all ASAP!!!
