    I see ya Tyler! Tyler hasn’t skipped a beat since getting back in the CrossFit gym. The dude is a natural athlete, holds himself to standard, and pushes himself everyday in and out of the gym. He’s ‘go getter’ from the word go. He’s also polite, kind, and encouraging to those around him. Great addition to CFHSV and glad ya found is buddy. Keep it up!

    Tyler making a tough movement look easy while hitting a picture perfect standard! Tyler has been nothing but a pleasure since joining CFHSV. He’s been incredibly consistent in his training and effort, and he’s quickly jumped back into the CrossFit groove with ease. He’s laid back, friendly, positive and a great addition to any class. Keep after it, Tyler! 😁
