Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

10 deadlifts 135/95

15 box jumps 24″/20″

15 deadlifts 185/135

15 box jumps 24″/20″

20 deadlifts 225/155

15 box jumps 24″/20″

25 deadlifts 275/185

15 box jumps 24″/20″

30 deadlifts 315/205

15 box jumps 24″/20″

35 deadlifts 365/225

15 box jumps 24″/20″

 

Master Athletes 55 and over:

Same rep scheme, but weights and heights are as follows:

Men: 95, 135, 155, 185, 205, 225 / 20″ box

Women: 65, 95, 115, 135, 155, 185 / 20″ box
REMINDER: We will be hosting the OPEN at 915am and 515pm.

Our regular 515pm and 615pm classes are canceled.

    For the guys I don’t know if it’ll help or not but try a set of the hard rubber 45# on first. I think they are taller. It might make the weight changing faster. Good luck everyone and good job Davis with your 30# PR.
