I see we caught a rare glimpse of Adam in his rest position!
I remember Adam when he first came into the gym. I’ll refer to him as a Crossfit ninja, laying dormant until it was time to come out of the shadows. Now I’ll just call him the”Beast”, attacking every WOD with fury, intensity, and power!
I just want to say a huge thanks to my crossfit family. Today proved to me just how great our programing, coach’s and fellow crossfiters are. I remember doing 14.5 and it was hell! I busted my lip and didn’t finish until min 57. I know I came in at 0500 to see if I could just shave 10min off my time. I finished at 26:15!!!! ECSTATIC!!!!!! I love all of y’all, thanks for always being there with words of encouragement, an extra push when needed and always wonderful advice. Now I can truly say I don’t ever want to do this wod again!!!
