Time extends 4 minutes each time a round is completed.
* Reps decrease. Load increases.
Round 2: 13 squat cleans at 185/125, must be completed by 8-min. mark
Round 3: 11 squat cleans at 225/145, must be completed by 12-min. mark
Round 4: 9 squat cleans at 275/175, must be completed by 16-min. mark
Round 5: 7 squat cleans at 315/205, must be completed by 20-min. mark; if you finish before 20-min, your score is the time you finish your last squat clean
