B. 4 sprint rounds for time of:
5 over the bar lateral burpees
15 power snatch 75/55 RX+ 95/65
10 OHS 75/55 RX+ 95/65
5 over the bar lateral burpees
rest 2 minutes between each round
“FINISHER”
Immediately after last sprint round or at time cap:
6 minutes to establish a 1RM OHS from the floor
