10 muscle ups

100 double unders

10 muscle ups

25 burpees

10 muscle ups

    I thought yesterday’s wod was gonna result in some wicked DOMS, but I didn’t expect to have to use the grab rails in the handicap stall to drop a deuce. I literally had to hover over, line it up and then fall onto honey bucket this morning. What, TMI?! Oh please!? Like you don’t know what I’m talking about if you did yesterday’s wod! 🙂

    Not sure what I’m most sore from, the 300m of lunges or the 150 squats. It’s prolly a combo, and the 5×5 squats have a say too. I’m not complaining, I’m sick in the head and love being this sore, it tells me I did WORK!! Even when I’m on the internet searching for extra tall toilets, I wouldn’t change a thang.

    Today we salute you, Ms. Brings Foam Roller To Work Gal. Sure you look strange walking in with a round cylindrical knobby object, but to you, it’s relief from a Dennis Berry Workout.

    Great wod, 915 class brought the awesome! Those ladies can do some work! It’s nice dropping in on a different class every once in a while.

    Just to add to the Chorus: I am wrecked from yesterday’s WOD coming on the heels of JT the day before. I cannot find one part of my body that does not hurt. I know I have been more sore in my four years of Crossfit but I don’t remember when. Crossfit can be cruel. Suck it up butter cup…:-)
