100 hang clean & jerk (shoulder to overhead) 95/65  RX+ 115/75  (55 and over 75/55)

**CATCH: run 400m every time you drop the barbell

    Great pic of a great CFHSV CrossFitter.
    I love the feeling of accomplishment after training with a WOD like this. Hurts so good and challenges you both mentally and physically. The mental WODs are always a good test of intestinal fortitude.
