PR by almost 9 minutes. Definitely one of my least favorite workouts.
Broke the pullup bar on number 22 of the 5th round, which was a nice surprise.

Josh is prolly right and I should start using the 2 pood when RX’d.
I think I have a mental block against the 2 pooder I need to get through. Maybe calling it a pooder is a good start.

30 pull-ups and 2 KB swings left at 45 min mark. Finished out the workout after that, but at a leisurely pace. 49:38. Fought off puking for about an hour afterwards.
4 complete rounds w/ 24kg KB + 800 m run & 30KB swings by 45 minute cutoff. Then Robert, who had been pushing me the whole way, decided he would finish the 30 pull ups we had left. So we finished our 30 pull ups for 5 complete rounds, in 50:38. (Damn peer-pressure!) Tough workout!
Approx. 45-46 min. on Redstone Arsenal Track and Pull-up bars. However, only completed 3 rds of 800m, 30 KBs (used a 35 lb KB- not sure how many poods that is) , and pullups. Lost a great deal of time trying to finish the pull-ups.
4 rounds + ~500m at 45min. Should have finished even with time expired, being so close to the end! Next time, I’ll just have to finish before the 45 minute cutoff.

-Could not link all KBS this time, lower back was cooked and this time did CF games “standard’ish” on KBS (ear showing) – I was most pleased that the running actually felt “comfortable” which is HUGE for me. I am slowly making peace with running.

Eva is a Bee-a-ch!!! I got 3 rounds + 30kbs + 7 pu”s. kb was scaled to 16kg… my arms kept bending with 20kg.
She is a tough one!
