50 toes to bar

Great programming. This was “gut it out” wod from the get-go for me. After yesterday’s deadlifts, my lower back was tight and on fire throughout, absolutely no relief. Settle in early and embrace the suck.

Well after coaching classes and seeing the athletes get after this WOD, I knew I had to do it. It was a good tester for the foot at a light load. 26:21 had to scale to a row, but all else as the doc ordered and a blast. Thanks for inspiring me CFHSV athletes. I owe so much to you.

I got to witness the inaugural comeback WOD. Great work DB! He did that while having a conversation with me before I realized he was doing the WOD and left him alone.
25:31 Rxed, Nice programming as TTB were shot after the situps. Took a cue from the crafty veteran and changed weights while resting on the situps and TTB.

26:22 Rx. T2B were brutal after the sit-ups and already done 70 squats.
36:00 scaled to 600m run and knees to navel, rx the rest
