200m row to max HSPU or Strict Press 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80

200m run to max reps squat snatch 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80

4 minute AMRAP of:

400m row to max reps HSPU or strict press

rest 2 minutes

    A: 135-155-165-175-185. Still had some in the tank for the squat itself, but getting it rack-jerked into position was tough this morning. OHS is my favorite lift
    B: 70 reps with HSPU and 95# squat snatch
    Like the new 200m run course.
