9 box jumps  24″/20″   RX+ 30″/24″   (MRX 20″/18″)

rest 3 minutes

3 minute AMRAP of:

3 hang power snatch  115/80   RX+ 145/100   (MRX 95/65)

6 box jumps  24″/20″   RX+ 30″/24″   (MRX 20″/18″)
