Shea slang’n that dumbbell like a hatchet on the farm. Shea makes the drive, makes the effort, and makes the 6am what it is. She’s been at it for years and she’s the same person every day and that’s hard to do. Shea is hard working in and out of the gym and brings a ‘can do’ attitude with an edge and some fun. Always enjoy seeing Shea go harder than she wants and throwing some well timed jokes in along the way. Keep doing all you do in and out of the gym Shea cause you rock!
