    Tyler lookin like an all American in that set up! Tyler’s one good guy who takes his fitness and health serious. He’s taken it serious since the day we met. And whether he’s CrossFitting in his garage, at a buddies, or an affiliate he’s always pushing and striving for his best. It’s easy to coach and cheer for Tyler because he’s eager, polite, and genuine. Keep it up dude!

    Tyler looking focused and ready in that set up, and then showing off that beautiful front rack position at the finish. This guy is a hard working athlete who is dedicated to his health and fitness. He is easy to coach and easy to be around with his friendly disposition and laid back style. He’s made big gains and it’s no doubt a result of his commitment and consistency. He’s always got a great attitude and a smile to boot. Keep after it, Tyler! 😄
