    Jason with the solid overhead position, working hard as always. This guy has been throwing down with us for a long time, and he’s just as pleasant and easy as ever. He’s a smart athlete who is consistent and committed to his training, and he always brings a great attitude and a kind smile with him through the door. Proud to have this guy at CFHSV. Keep it up, Jason! 🙂

    My man Jason is back in building and just as nice and bad ass as he’s always been. First and foremost Jason is a great guy outside the gym and he makes the gym better when he’s in it. Secondly, the man knows how to work and push himself. He’s smart, kind to everyone around him, and has great balance and perspective. Jason’s got it goin on in and out of the gym. Glad you’re back and doing great. Keep it up dude!

    Metcon1: within 10min, 9-7-5 of C-J 135# and over-the-bar burpees. Rest for remainder
    Metcon2: rounds of 200m row into 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 thrusters 115#.
    Great box here in the heart of Queens.
