WOD:

Running Interval Training:

0:00 min mark: Run 800m

6:00 min mark: Run 800m

12:00 min mark: Run 400m

16:00 min mark: Run 400m

20:00 min mark: start WOD…

10 minute AMRAP of:

10 split snatch, alternating feet  115/75  RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

10 HSPU  RX+ 4″ deficit  (55 and over 4″ rise)

20 Military anchored ab-mat sit-ups  RX+ GHD sit-ups

Exactly 3 minutes after AMRAP perform…

Sprint Training: 100m sprint EMOM for 5 minutes

    What better way could an athlete ask for than to start the morning than running interval in the dark?! Just glad I didn’t trip, was hard to see!

    and everybody thinks Brady clean and jerked that weight in the picture. Oh no. I was there that day. He ohs that like it was nothing. Always like being in the gym when Brady is there. and yes he did do the ohs with a clean grip that day.
