Complete the following for time of:

“15/30 Chipper”

15 squat cleans 135/95

30 toes to bar

15 shoulder to overhead 135/95

30 box jumps 24″/20″

15 CTB pull-ups

30 double unders

15 back squats 135/95

30 hand release push-ups

15 deadlifts 135/95

30 lunges, stationary alternating

    Out of town, had to improvise. Lat pull-downs instead of CTB, 60 unanchored sit-ups, instead of box jumps… Wall balls. Yes I did wall balls by choice. This is a one time only event people.
