Anyone else have a horrible allergy attack from yesterday’s workout? My nose is like a faucet.
I did Kelley. 29:04 (pr). over 3 minutes faster than the last time I did this workout in late February. Felt good.
Felt drained and I didnt have the push today that I would have liked. Side effects of partying on the sunset strip, a high carb diet, minimal sleep and lack of Crossfit for a week no doubt.
Also had depth issues on some of my wall ball shots.
Love the Pajamas TV link. I watched that one the other day. I wonder how many of modern day Americans get their “history” from people like Jon Stewart without researching the topics. Keep staring at all the pretty colors from the picture box and believe what it says……American sheeple.
For those that don’t know. I pretty much blew any chances to go to California because I have a hard time doing double unders under stress. Something to work on….a goal to work for.

Kelly. 27:29 . At least 3min slower than PR. Not sure why. May be cheating to often on Paleo?
Kelly around 51 minutes. I choose this one over muscle ups because I wanted a kick in the ass, boy did I get it. I completely ran out of energy for the runs beginning with round three, and was barely able to complete the box jumps in round 5 due to stomach cramps and the aforementioned lack of energy. Time to start getting my body using fat as an energy source again.

Kelly as rx’d- 37:05. I HATE WALL BALLS!!! After my spleen exploded in round 4, I felt a strange sense of calm… Did I mention I HATE wall balls? I have, however, apparently perfected the “post-workout collapse” according to those who witnessed it. I’d like to blame it all on tendonitis from the muscle-up workout on Saturday, but basically I just got my ass kicked…
I just went and looked back at my log, in February when I did Kelly my time was a fairly respectable 35:15 WTF, I suck at this game.
29:50 ish shoulders still deep fried from Thruster workout next time 🙂
