mystery wod was a blast…and same here, my quads are blasted and forearms and hands feel like we did 16 rope climbs. Well done, add another title to Russell’s resume, “mad scientist”

used light weight to focus on the speed and form for cleans…also changed hand placement(every round) on push ups.
then 30 min later MYSTERY WOD! Russell made me do it or he was going to fire me! FUN and kicked my ass.

I have found that the parking lot around almost all Courtyard Marriotts is 400m. Took the dumbells outside for the workout.
