    We did Kelly today…had to cut myself off at 32:00 to get back to the office, & subbed 30 du for the 400m run…was in round 4, done w/ the du and 20 wall balls at the cut off.

    mystery wod was a blast…and same here, my quads are blasted and forearms and hands feel like we did 16 rope climbs. Well done, add another title to Russell’s resume, “mad scientist”

    10:30 solo wod: 15 power cleans (55#)
    15 push ups
    around 350 M run 5 rounds for time. 19:09
    * all outside…because its pretty.
    used light weight to focus on the speed and form for cleans…also changed hand placement(every round) on push ups.

    then 30 min later MYSTERY WOD! Russell made me do it or he was going to fire me! FUN and kicked my ass.

      It’s a team WOD Robert. So just stick to the Whiteboard WOD. It was fun fun fun though. 15 minutes till 5:30, then everyone will know.

    Marriott WOD:

    400m
    then 5 rounds of
    10 hang squat cleans w/ 40 lb dbs
    10 burpees
    then 400m run

    I have found that the parking lot around almost all Courtyard Marriotts is 400m. Took the dumbells outside for the workout.

    Mystery WOD was fun! Would love to do more of those! I love team wod’s! As rx’d. Way to go everyone at 4:30! I’ve got bruises and ropeburn on my arm, but totally worth it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Mystery WOD was a blast!!!!!! Glad I taped or my hands would be even worse…..arms are going to be sexy shades of black and blue! Thanks for the burpees Jake…….my knees are just forever going to be bruised ๐Ÿ™‚
