    140 (PR!) Haven’t done a max Bench in a LONG time. Good to see something going in a positve direction!

    I felt a PR coming in to the WOD but left without one. I spent too much time in my head. And then once I started failing, I was defeated. Got up to 80# (which has been my PR since October)

    Even though the gym has been closed for the rest of the night, Men’s Night will still go on as planned, unless of course a significant tornado hits the area.
