  1. Russell says:

    yesterday-

    Power clean, 185-205-215-225-235
    Squat clean, 245(x)-245-255(x)-255(x)-255

    Then,
as many power cleans as possible without rest until form degraded into squat clean at 205 pounds- 8 reps

    2 min rest

then at 185 pounds- 15 reps

  2. Robert Montgomery says:

    Yesterday-

“Lumberjack 20” – Did this as Rx’d except I did 30 reps of each exercise since it was my 30th Birthday. Doing this by myself was not fun. Wish I could have made it Saturday and done it with everyone else.

    Time: 42:49

  3. Justin says:

    155-175-185-205(PR)-215(x)-215(x)-185
Had a lot of trouble dropping under the weight. Everything over 175 I had to press out overhead after I landed. Overhead PR by 20 and a PR on split jerk by 40 or 50.

  4. Aaron says:

    95-105-115-125-135-155(x)-155(x)

This was a fun lift. First time on split jerk and I think I started out to low. I was able to get 155 overhead and under it the second time, but I didn’t feel I held it long enough to count. I can see this lift really helping with the snatch.

  5. Daniel says:

Crossfit Huntsville Ground Breaking Ceremony today. Free food. 12:30pm

  6. Jake Naumcheff says:

    155-175-185-205-215(x)-215-225(x)
First time doing the split jerk

  7. Slade White says:

    135-155-155-175-175-185-185

  8. Robb Dempsey says:

    135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195(PR)

  9. Larry Lowe says:

    Marriott W0rkout:
    1 mile on treadmill = 7:15
    1 minute rest
    100 pushups
    100 unanchored situps
    100 squats
    = 13:30 (pr)
    1 minute rest
    1 mile on treadmill = 8:01

205,225,245,255x,260PR – cut short due to the groundbreaking…which is an “acceptable” reason.

260 went up relatively easy and was a PR. Think 265/270 is definitely witin reach now

Congrats to all involved in the project! Joe…the food was great!

It was really weird being back in the old gym today…..after being in the warehouse I could not even imagine working out in there now….funny to think that we did for so long.

  11. LeshaS says:

    85 – 95 – 105 – 115 – 120 – 125 – 130(pr)

  12. Zak says:

    Deadlift 3 RM
    345
    Rack Jerks 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
    205,225,235,245,255,260,265 everything after 225 was a PR

    Then
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

    10 Supine Ring Pull Ups
    10 True Push Ups

    11 rounds + 5 Ring pull ups

I feel great after a full week off.

  13. Kerri says:

    85-100-110-120-130x-130x-125x-125(PR)
A little bit rushed, but, think all those fails were simply about form.
Once I got the feet going, and doing a ‘quick’ split instead of a slow one, I got it. Always good to have Russell easily seeing where form is lacking!!

  14. Jason Terry says:

couldn’t stay for class tonight so came home and made up a quick workout to involve my girls!

worked on form and felt good. I think I can go a good bit higher next time.

Great job to all involved at the ground breaking. I can’t wait to get in the new facility. Lets hope for 4 months of good weather for Daniel. I am very proud of our group!!

  17. tracey says:

all that juvaderm in my lips and for nothing!!!!just kidding. My face is hilarious in that pic.
    I did NICOLE @ bootcamp
7 rounds + 47 pull ups…damn the linking of pull ups.

Ground breaking was great and it felt great to be apart of Crossfit Huntsville. Continue to tell friends about our bootcamp class, its a good alternative to regular Crossfit.

Tracey, just remember; CrossFit levels all playing fields….You can’t be beautiful ALL the time….Let’s save that for CrossFit and Cocktails!!!! 🙂

  18. Barry S says:

    135-145-155-165-165-175(x)-165
    first time, it’s still a form thing…

  19. J.D. says:

135-135-145-145-135-135-135. “Form Day” today, which was desperately needed. Also, my 95-105-115 reps were counted as a “warm up” by Russell. Saw some definite improvement in technique here. Thanks for the instruction Russell—

  20. Mandee Miller says:

    85 – 95 – 105 – 115 – 125 – 130(X) – 130 (PR)
