Oh well… I did this one at home, and completed 15’s, 14’s and 13’s in about 30 minutes.
For HSPU’s, I did the kipping kind that Russell showed me a couple weeks ago. I felt MUCH stronger with them today – I can see a lot of progress being made.
Learned a little trick to link the HSPU when your fatigued, if you lightly bounce your head off the floor it’s easier to get out of the bottom than stopping an inch or two short or stopping completely at the floor. Wouldn’t try this trick without a yoga mat for a little padding.
36:30 w/Shallow HSPU’s
37:43 as rx’d
34:04 Started with head to floor HSPU, but had to move to using an ab-mat for a spacer.
30 min cut off-7 rds plus 8 HSPU-shallow
What happened to my post?
