    i did the Bench Press/Pull up workout from Sunday. @105lb: 11/21, 10/15, 5/15, 4/15, 5/16 total=117. Thankfully I can do pullups! (I’ll have to work on losing some weight so I can get a BW Bench Press!)

    I heard 23:67 when I got done which I realize now doesn’t sound right so I am going to go with 23:47 which sounds about right for this pretty horrible workout.

    I don’t even know why I post this after Russell destroys anything I can put up, lol.

    17:51 i did single unders…which is good from my normal jump rope routine. So I did 42 of them instead of 21 du”s. I’ll get the groove adventually!

    this workout totally destroyed me mentally I dont even know my time. I think it was 19:30 ish. Either way it won, almost had me quit. Good thing Russell reminded me of what happened last time I quit.

    Just a friendly reminder for those that have not noticed already…….RUSSELL IS A FREAK!

    Just did this WOD this morning and it completely sucked in every way possible. How the little ball of hate got a 8:36……..I’ll never know. Just chalk it up to “freakness”

    Still suck at getting the DU’s started….but once I relaxed I consistently did 15-19 in a row….which is “OK”.

    Shoulders still destroyed from “lynne”

    As rx’d- 32:15. Double unders KILLED my time! I suck at them even more than thrusters. Thanks to the “coaching” of Russell, Jimmy, and Garth, I finally got in the groove with thrusters on set 4. My jump-rope skills are…er… MARGINAL, at best. YUCK!

    21:31 – thrusters with just the bar. Back to squat therapy which will apparently solve all of my physical limitations.
