    Congrats again to Kevin, Karen, Tracey, and Katie for qualifying for regionals!

    I also wanted to thank our volunteers again, most importantly Tasha and Josh, who I forgot to mention in the last email. Tasha basically ran the show for most of the weekend and it wouldn’t have happened without her. She even drug her husband along on Sunday and put him to work. Tell her thanks when you see her next!

    While we’re doing shout-outs, a BIG shout-out to EMILY D. for all the coffee and food! Without you, we’d all have been dying by late afternoon on Sunday! Those Zone-friendly spreads were the BOMB!! Thanks to you and Corrie (sp?) for shredding up all that rotisserie chicken on Sunday, too!!

    I’m so pumped to CF today after watching everyone this weekend!! Between that motivation and the sunshine, 4:30 can’t get here fast enough!

    I just realized how ridiculous CrossFit competitions are.

    -A month ago I fell into a freezing river mid event.

    -Yesterday I was trying to pull my snatch out of the trees.

    One of the best renditions of the National Anthem I’ve heard. No instrumental accompany, just you and a microphone. Impressive.
