The Faction Games were pretty awesome this weekend! You guys all rocked it out and I felt honored to be a part of Crossfit Huntsville!

I got a little camera happy and took a ton of pictures. I’ll bring the discs to CF tomorrow at 430. Anyone that wants them are free to take the disc and copy it and bring it back for whoever else wants it. There is one DVD+RW for anyone who has a DVD player on their computer. Otherwise, you’ll have to take the 3 CD-R’s to get the pics…I told ya there is a ton! 🙂

I think I got some of everyone from HSV but, I’m still new so sorry if I missed ya! Great work CF HSV!

    Greetings CFHSV,
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone that came out and supported, cheered, encouraged, helped, motivated etc… all CFHSV competitors at the Faction Games this weekend. Thank You!

I would like to tip my hat to all the CFHSV competitors that competed at the Faction Games this weekend. Everybody did such a tremendous job and pushed themselves to reach new work capacities and gain experience in CrossFit competition. Outstanding!

I am so proud of everyone at CFHSV. CrossFit is not just a WOD or a workout program, it is a lifestyle of overall health and fitness and being around a bunch or great people and athletes. Thanks again and great job CFHSV at the Faction Games.

Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Dennis

Awesome weekend for everyone! Thanks SO much to all that braved the heat (and the hill) to just come out to yell and encourage us. It’s truly a family and as always, Im proud to be a member of the CF Community!!

Great job down to the wire, and I was very happy to see CFHSV competitors in both the beginners and advanced final WOD!!

    Way to DO WORK, CFHSV!!

I wish I could have made it out to the Faction Games this weekend. It sounds like we were well represented. Today’s WOD should be names “The Backwrecker.” It took me a good twenty minutes to feel even remotely comfortable in any position. Russell gave us a 25:00 cut off and I finished it as rx’d in 24:42.

  6. Craig Herr says:

    21:23 as rx’d
(brutal wod-i am still in a fog at work)

Congrats to all who represented this weekend-great job!!

    Marriott San Diego WOD

    1 mile run on treadmill

    then

    10-1/1-10
db squat clean thrusters @ 25#
    Lat pull downs (simulated pullups)

17ish minutes. This took longer than I expected. Started out with 45# dbs and knew that the sets would be broken into little pieces.

I am going to Crossfit San Diego tomorrow and looking at Crossfit Coronado or Crossfit SoCal on Thursday morning

This weekend was a blast! So proud of everyone from CFHSV! My weekend started off pretty crappy, but being able to compete with all of you and support all of you made it turn around!

Thanks to everyone who came out to support us. We had everyone from the toughest pregnant lady on earth (maybe this should a CF Games catagory!) to people that had just finished their first fundamentals class out there braving the heat! This is one outstanding group of people!!
