    Hey guys….I just got back from my business trip and going to take another couple days off before heading back in….been having some mild/moderate pain in my right knee.

    as rx’d 3 rounds + 24 @ 25 minutes. Able to do 7 HSPU before falling away from the wall in first round. Then did doubles and singles. L-pullups were singles for the most part.

    Holy scaled workout! 15# cleans, box hspu’s, and ring rows. BUT, I finshed it in about 24:40ish… I forgot to stop at 7 rds, I was thinking it was as many as possible till cutoff, so I did 7+10! Rough wod…. I still feel sluggish.

    Scaled 40# DB: 6rds+25 at 25min cut-off.

    Would have finished the WOD but I thought I was still in round 5 when I was actually in round 6. I know the first thing to go in my ability to count, still I forget to make chalk marks…Stoopid.

    Brad – hope your leg doesn’t require too many staples…err stiches to close up. That was a gnarly gash, I wonder if it was the same box Lesha busted her leg on, if so we need to retire it. But don’t worry dude, we cleaned your weight for you…slacker! 🙂

    Went up to 30# db for squat cleans
    Pike on box first two rounds, then to knees on the box for last 4 rounds to be able to get full ROM head to floor
    Ring rows

    Brad just finished up getting 10 stitches…

    Did not scale except for L-pullups, kind of swung my legs into them instead of starting from a dead hang.

    5 rnds + cleans. Scaled to 35# DB just because there wasn’t enough 45’s around. Still sucked though.

    The cut only required ten stiches not bad for going down to the bone. Stupid box jumps. Thanks for all the help getting my weights up and getting lindsey back there to get me to the hospital.

    Glad you’re ok, Brad. I saw you do it and it made me hurt. There was a nice pile of hair and skin on the corner of that box. Maybe we should bevel the edges of those things…..or just wait for people’s shins to do the job. 🙂
