did yesterday’ wod. With a 40# dumbell. did two full rounds but I also did 25 each arm because no one had answered my question yet plus it did not make since to do just 25 since that is an odd number.
As rx (30 lb dumbell)
4 complete rounds (8 pull ups in round 5)

Sorry Brad, it was 25 total, and judging by your score you didn’t go all the way up and down every rep. We used to just go up when we did these in timed workouts.
Your right I did them the old way. I guess that is the down fall of not being able to come in during the day. At least I did two each arm so maybe i got close to matching the workload

Got through 4 rds + 2 pullups at about 14 minutes in before being interupted by a Fire alarm activation. Turned out to be a false alarm, so I went back and did 2 more rounds.

Weighted Pullups: 3 Rds – (Rd 1 was w/30#s, 2 & 3 were w/ 20#s)
