So, we are not a day behind the main site anymore?

  2. Jakub Sikorski says:

    Five rounds for time of:
    30 Glute-ham sit-ups
    25 Back extensions

    14:56

  3. Slade White says:

Yeah I think Saturday’s Rest Day got skipped on the distribution.

Did the Five rounds for time of:
    30 Glute-ham sit-ups
    25 Back extensions

We couldn’t really do it for time because of the limited number of machines, but I completed as Rx’d in about 35 minutes rotating with the class. This one still makes me so dizzy and sick feeling.

  4. Karen says:

Did 5 rounds 30 GHD sit-ups+25 back extensions. 14:56. Holding up most of the 6am class really helped motivate me to move quicker! PR by ~2:30!

  5. JT says:

Larry and I did a different workout due to time constraints with 2 machines and a dozen or so people. Not even a real workout – more of a work off (too much beer at the beach, lazy days of workouts, etc.) Box squat practice 10X95#, 5×135#, 5×135# then a race to 50 24″ box jumps.

  6. Larry Lowe says:

    Maintenance Exercises:
    Box Squat: 10@95#, 10@95#, 5@135#, 5@135#, 5@135#
race to 50 box jumps – Jason got to 50 when I was at 40.
Muscle ups ~15, most in sets of 2

Once the rhabdo racks opened up I only had 10 minutes to workout, so

    3 rounds
    30 GHD
    25 back ext

    10:45

(To the ladies on the other other rack, sorry for the farting)

  7. Robb Dempsey says:

    completed the five rounds of

    30 Glute-ham sit-ups
    25 Back extensions

Had an interesting drive home with all sorts of cramps/pains from the waist down to my knees.

  8. Zak says:

Be careful with the GHD/ back extension workout. I would only recommend that you do this workout if you have been coming in for the past 6 months and 4+ days a week. This workout can produce some mean rhabdo. My abs were almost useless for a week and a half last time I did this one.

  9. Zak says:

GHD WOD – 14:38 up 2 minutes from my last time. I did this one by myself and had all back extensions go unbroken. The GHD’s went unbroken for the 1st round and then sets of 10 in the others.

  10. Mandy says:

    did GHD workout- 12:51

  11. Robert Montgomery says:

Thrusters: 135,155,165F,165,175F,170F,165F , 135/10 Wow this was frustrating. Last time I did this I got 175 three times. Still suffering from post death race weakness. Added a set of 10 as a punishment set / and to work on linking reps with a heavier weight.

  12. Hudson Slater says:

    GHD Situps and back extenstion
10:59 PR by over 1 min.

  13. Katie says:

Got through 15 SU of the 5th round before throwing up @ 15 minute mark
Sucks ~ BUT recovery time was much less than last time.

  14. Kerri says:

    30GHDs
    25 Back Extensions
    18:40
Katie, sorry I wasn’t there to hold your hair!!!! Good job though! Way to stick with it!
First time doing this workout…I’m afraid of how my core is going to feel tomorrow!!

  15. Clint says:

    Pullup catch up
    3 weighted
    5 strict
    7 kipping

    29:00 PR + 16 minutes

    3 sets unbroken

  16. Michael says:

    Five rounds for time of:
    30 decline sit-ups
    25 incline Back extensions

    12:09

  17. Daniel says:

135lb Scaled Front Squat/GHD Situp Couplet

    21,18,15,12,9,6,3
    15:11

  18. Courtney Meyers says:

    5 rounds not for time
last 2 rounds regular sit-ups on account of the fact i thought my head was going to explode from going upside down on the GHD’s

  19. Mandee Miller says:

    5 rounds not for time
Subbed 60 sit ups for the 30 GHDs because I get really sick everytime we do those
