    Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout) 315#
    Press 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout) 185# (missed the last rep on last set)

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

    10 True Push Ups
    10 Supine Ring Pull Ups
    Sprint 50 yards

    Replaced the sprint with 10 24″ box jumps
    6 rounds + 2 box jumps

    I’m going to show up at the 11:30 class today. This one should be fun.

    I’ve been out for several days because of a dislocated patella. We were doing kicking drills at SBG… I threw a lead and my rear buckled under me. Knee was completely on the side of my leg. It was nasty. I was lucky though. No broken bones, no fragments, and no torn ligaments. I’ve had 18 broken bones and 11 different surgeries… this was the worst pain I think I’ve ever had. Now I know why you guys with knee problems are so careful with them.

      Yeah, sorta sucks doesn’t it.
      Did you reduce the dislocation yourself?

      Hell no. Took a ride in the amber-lamps to Crestwood. Gave me a shit ton (12 doses I think) of morphine, which didn’t help, then ended up putting me to sleep. The Dr. said it took 2.5 times the normal dose of anesthesia to put me down. You probably have access to my files, Patrick… Check out the x-ray.

    We did “Nutts” today, which was just nuts considering it got up to 119 today…oh well.

    got through 100 du by approx 38:15 & had to stop to get back to work.

    1450m at 25:00 cut off @95lbs (not even close to BW or a PR). Absolutely drenched at 7am! My heart goes out to the later classes! Stay hydrated!

    1500m at 24:30 cut-off @65lbs (started 2:30 minutes in). Ouch.

    Rx’d 754m of the 2000m at 25:00 cutoff. Unfortunately I weigh 205lbs…

    500/1000/1500 at 85#
    24:57-cut out the last 500 on the 2000m row, but think I coulda finished it at least in a 27 min cutoff.
    Hot, stuffy, sweaty, killer WOD!!

    AM: Strength Bias – Backsquat 3×5… 115-125-135pr-140pr-145pr

    PM: Scaled to 83# and 15/10/5 reps, 65% of bodyweight. At 25:00 cutoff, got through 600m of 2000m. (Last 2 reps of 10’s set dropped to 65#). SWEATFEST!

    *As a side note, I have to say that today was a really rough day, and I made myself come to the gym, and even though today’s WOD was really hard I feel a million times better after coming. Not just working out, but seeing familiar faces 🙂 When you work alone all day, seeing all of your smiley (and/or sweaty) faces every day makes me happy*

      It’s amazing what a little gym time will do for your soul, huh Katie?? No matter how miserable the WOD is or how hot it is, it’s still nice to be with your second family for a little sweaty love!!

    Had to wait a little while on the rower, but the rest was more than needed. Brutal workout. Had trouble keeping my hips down on the bench the first round.
