    Opened the gym about 5 minutes late today. Bad luck was that Josh came in a few minutes late too.

    Fortunately, I had an angry, passive-aggressive ex-girlfriend show up for class today that made me feel like shit about it right when she walked in.

    Oh wait, that was you wasn’t it Larry? I guess it was the tuck-jumps you were doing instead of double-unders that had me confused.

    11:58 scaled jump rope to singles 200-160-120-80-40. tuck jumps fire up my bulging disc. and im too retarded for du’s still. However my situps kept me from falling to far behind.:) GREAT JOB MANDEE!!! u kicked ass!!!

    Then i stuck around to do a lil bit of Barbara Jr.(3 rounds) with Kat.
    It sucks doing stuff solo…I know. Did it in 23:00 with a few kpu’s, then skinny tube, then jumping pu’s. Kat great job today !

    Russell would not let us continue the other 2 rounds, because of a car appt. or something like new tires??? :)-

    Thanks to Russell’s how to guide with the double unders, I actually got 9 of those suckers in a row. I had to look down to make sure the rope was still connected!

    Still a combination of double unders and ankle lashes.

    I can’t link them gdmdaon double unders together for Fcnkuig Siht!!!! This was probably one of the most frustrating days I’ve had in a while. Thank god I’ll never have to double-under anybody to death.

    Sit ups are the key, all my DU’s were un broken but I was a puss on the sit ups-I am glad Josh and Russell were standing there to yell at me! Great job to all those working on their DU’s they can be tough. I cheered Josh and Kevin on at lunch and both were very impressive to watch!! They worked very hard and killed it.

    PS Larry and I were never exclusive. I heard Kevin cried when he heard that Russell was dating Larry. He yelled “Russell is my bromance…does my older brother have to ruin everything for me”

    Diane – 3.34* (very sloppy ….should have repeated my 15th HSPU on that set) — so really this time doesn’t count for anything but a personal bench mark for next time.

    Annie – 8:04 – lots of room for improvement on the DU’s but I did better than what I was expecting. So no complaints.

    JOSH killed this WOD!

    Since I am unable to jump rope, I did “Barb” which was really just 3 rounds of Barbara, rather than 5. Wish I had the time to do all 5 because I was actually at a decent pace…oh well. That’s life.

    First time doing this one actually. This will be sub 5 next time. Should have warmed up more because I messed up my double-unders a lot in the beginning. Sit-ups were unbroken but kind of slow in the final two sets.

    17:xx. Double unders still hit and miss. Need to get my own rope. As soon as I got used to the black rope there aren’t any more. Sit ups good other than no skin on my tailbone

    11:46- Jump rope fell apart in my set of 30’s……So between that, and trying to wrestle a speed rope out the mass of jump ropes, I lost a little time..
    Kevin, I’m honored; I used ‘your’ jump rope to wrap up the work out (didn’t know it until your bromance beau, Russell, staked his claim for you on it)….I think that’s what helped me make it to ‘the board’!!

    I promise….I NEVER meant to get involved in the territorial bromance love triangle…. From now on Russell, I’ll be sure to ask if I can use ‘Kevin’s jump rope’…Better yet, maybe I’ll just find my own!!! Guiding Light ends this week, and the Bromance of CrossFit Huntsville begins….

    Great time Kerri, Mandy and Mandee!

    I also lost the screw in my jumprope in the 30’s, then the shoelaces kept coming loose. Overall a big improvement in my DU’s, but still need to work on linking more than 5 at a time.
