Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Back extensions
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

    Just an example of the power of marketing through social networking:

    I have posted lots of CF stuff on my Facebook page in recent weeks (pics–both personal and from sectionals, videos others have shared, articles, etc..) and today, received the following email from an old friend. We were in the military together (a very long time ago) and although we caught up a bit when we first found each other on FB, I probably haven’t heard from her in AT LEAST a year. The video she is referring to, I believe, is the one Garth made of CFHsv folks doing Barbara. Just thought it was way cool & wanted to share! Always awesome to hear about others who discover doing what we all love so much!

    I just wanted to thank you for posting your crossfit stuff on fb. I saw the video from your gym, got interested and joined here in Lexington (crossfit Maximus) about a month ago. I love it!! I owe you many thanks, girl.

      Very Cool!! Always nice to see when folks that never even knew this flavor of Kool-Aid existed, drink it, and then end up making a batch for their friends too…..

    I miss CFHSV… The whole family has been feeling like crap recently. Was planning on coming in today, but Kristi and I are both not running at 100%. Hopefully I will be ablt to come back on Wednesday.

    Whatever I have is turning my body and drive into mush….

    Planned on WOD today but I can barely keep my eyes open right now. Have my second Dr’s appointment today. I’ve gotta figure out what is wrong……if I keep up this pace of training….It looks like #16 will have a trip to J’ville.

    Must’ve fallen sitting down into my OHS about 5 times…The more OHS I tried to do unbroken, the more numb my shoulders got….weird.

    I scaled the OHS to the 35# bar. My neck and shoulder are still tweaked, so I took it easy. Although, even if my neck and shoulder were at 100%, I doubt I could have OHS as Rx’d! 🙂 GO KERRI & JULIE (4:30). Y’all did a great job with that weight!

    4 rounds even. My over head squat is just crap.
