I know I was closer to 300, but I lost count a couple times, so I took away more from my number than I thought just to make sure I didn’t cheat my number. I know at one point Russell yelled “30 seconds left”… and I was like 31, 32, 33, 34… wait… wasn’t I at 80 something… shit!
Have to make sure I don’t lose count next time.

Sub’d KTE for DU, making for an abdominal ambush. 1st round was toes to bar, but that ended quickly enough.
66 KTE/ 91 SU = 156 total
I pooned out…working on the theory that 90% of the battle is just showing up. Well, I showed up, but that was about it.

Finally started linking the DUs in the last two rounds-or at least stopped having to restart after every other one!

3pm: 4 Power Cleans on the minute for 12 minutes. I did this @ 85% of 1rm which for me was 165#’s. = 48 power cleans.
5:15pm Double Under/ Sit Up workout: 177 Double Unders/ 148 Sit Ups = 325 Total
97/166 = 263
74/135 = 209
All the double under practice before WODs has definitley paid off – much better. Could have got more if my shoelaces stayed tied!!

80/ 136 = 216.
I got so pissed off doing double unders, I will start doing them. I actually hit a weird rythm the second time before it all fell apart. I now own a speed jump rope with the marks to prove it.
149 + 136 = 285 total reps
76/188 – 264. DUs sucked but getting a lot better.
Mandee more DU’s than sit ups is the key. You kicked butt on this one. Karen beats clint at lots of things now you do as well-way to go!!
