Didn’t get to finish this workout, so it was a strength workout. Finished 3 rounds in 36:36. Did 8lb weighted pullups, one at a time, praying between each one to get chin above bar on the next rep! Hope I can lift my arms in the morning!!
I’m not posting my time cuz it’s wrong – i did the workout with only 20 box jumps per round. i’m not sure what happened w/ my brain. i wrote down 20 box jumps and 30 pullups but did 20 and 20. 61# on lunges, first two rounds used 8lb weight on pullups, last 2 dropped to just pull ups.

So I did alternating sets of teeth scrapes and butt clenches for an hour……..be there tomorrow for sure.

Pullups really slowed everything down. Had to start doing 1 at a time halfway through the 2nd set.
