100 ft Walking lunge, carrying 30 pound dumbbells
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
30 pound Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

    I can’t believe I use to carry an extra 40# around all the time. That crap is heavy.

    Had to miss today. Was on my way when the Dentist office called and reminded me of my appointment. 🙁

    So I did alternating sets of teeth scrapes and butt clenches for an hour……..be there tomorrow for sure.

    Diane: 7:10 Handstand Pushups were not as deep as they needed to be on all reps. Time was down from 10:02 last time on 1/30.

    38:56 using 12kg for the pullups.
    Pullups really slowed everything down. Had to start doing 1 at a time halfway through the 2nd set.

    Didn’t get to finish this workout, so it was a strength workout. Finished 3 rounds in 36:36. Did 8lb weighted pullups, one at a time, praying between each one to get chin above bar on the next rep! Hope I can lift my arms in the morning!!

    box jumps- on my stairs at home (18in)
    jumping pull ups

    I’m not posting my time cuz it’s wrong – i did the workout with only 20 box jumps per round. i’m not sure what happened w/ my brain. i wrote down 20 box jumps and 30 pullups but did 20 and 20. 61# on lunges, first two rounds used 8lb weight on pullups, last 2 dropped to just pull ups.

    Pullups were hitting muscle failure, lunges where just……you know lunges!

    rest day for me. Cutting down trees and privet (invasive bane of the world!) and burning for time
