3 push ups

3 PVC snatch balance

40 single unders

4 push ups

4 PVC snatch balance

30 single unders

5 push ups

5 PVC snatch balance

 

Workout:

Seven rounds of:
35 Double-unders
1 Snatch

Make one snatch attempt per round.

Rebecca Voigt 8:00/875lbs, Kristan Clever 9:50/444lbs.
Post time and total of all successful snatches to comments. Do not count missed reps.

    hit 135 all 7 rounds. The first few snatches were ugly. I definitely suggest warming up the movement a little more than I did. Double unders with the new jump rope went well.

    Prepare yourself for the shoulder fatigue. The second round caught be off guard and I dropped what is normally an easy weight. After my score was officially hosed, I dropped to 135 and finished out. In retrospect I should have done 145 across and, as Larry suggested, done a few more warmups. Oh well. Next time.
