I think this was my longest workout to date… but… 2 busted calluses and 45 minutes later I finished! 45:41 – All true pull-ups! Pretty sore today!

I didn’t have the pullup bar here in Boston so I worked on some MetCon with a 800 m pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats finish with 800 m.
First 800 7:15 pace. Last 800 just short of cardiac arrest.
42:?? took forever but did 65 kipping pullups and 35 banded dead hang pullups b/c of multiple blisters. It was tough but I finished it.

26:51 Had to break the pullups into sets of 5 to keep the pain in the back of my head at bay. Spent 13 minutes on pullups alone. Should be much faster next time.
21:20 but only did 20 pullups due to tendonitis in elbow. that dang Donald still almost lapped me – he’s a monster!
25:04 Didn’t do the pull-ups due to a bicep injury. The push-ups took FOREVER! I hope to be stroger soon.
