hspu were slow in the rounds of 15 and 9
21 as rx’d then dropped to 205 because my DL form is not good. Deadlifts have had me very aggrivated lately.
After heavy thrusters on Sat. and pullups/ring dips yesterday, my shoulders and triceps are shot. HSPUs were very slow – arms hurting.
Screwed up and started to do last Mondays strength WOD with 5×5 overhead squats
got warmed up and 2 sets in before I was corrected. Tried my 5×5 BS with 255 and was worn out by the 3rd set so I I stopped.
all 5 @ 185#

22:33 scaled… yes, I suck at life.
My HSPU’s weren’t all the way head to floor… maybe a few were. The last round of 9 I used the box.
