    6:23 (pr) rx, then 9:34 with the second group. Shoulders are gassed from Eva yesterday. Arm rotation on the second Annie were out of sync. Situps are what slow me down on this.

    Mandee hit 6:14… she killed it. Fun to watch!

    2 min off my PR but considering I have only been in a handful of times the last 7 weeks I am happy. Cardio just isn’t there right now…plus my diet is HORRIBLE.

      had a friend come in today that is thinking about drinking the kool-aid 🙂

      I think she was afraid she wasn’t “in shape” enough to start but she has been on a strict Zone diet and has already lost 40 lbs. I think I have nudged her enough to get started and help her get closer to her goal.

    Drove to gym to figure out I forgot my gym clothes. Fantastic.

    Did a few double unders while contemplating WODing in my work clothes. That didn’t go so well. I should be able to do this one at home tonight. So trashed from Eva yesterday. This should be fun.

    7:36 at home. About :30 off PR. Situps were slow, but DU’s have improved.

  13. Did some light snatch work today before “Annie”. Worked up to 175#. Didn’t want to go any heavier than this with my back but everything felt great so hopefully in another week or two I can start to really get some strength back before my Olympic LIfting Cert in March.
