I think she was afraid she wasn’t “in shape” enough to start but she has been on a strict Zone diet and has already lost 40 lbs. I think I have nudged her enough to get started and help her get closer to her goal.

7:36 at home. About :30 off PR. Situps were slow, but DU’s have improved.
Did some light snatch work today before “Annie”. Worked up to 175#. Didn’t want to go any heavier than this with my back but everything felt great so hopefully in another week or two I can start to really get some strength back before my Olympic LIfting Cert in March.
