45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

    Press 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout) 190# for all but the last rep in set 3 again.

    On The Minute
    Perform the following on the minute for 10 minutes:

    3 Squats – 75% of 1 RM
    Sprint 50 yards
    5 Strict Chin Ups

    *For every round not completed assess a 5 handstand push up penalty.

    Used 275# and replaced sprints with 5 24″ box jumps. Missed rounds 6 and 8 completely. Something about the Altitude of Afghanistan that makes you want to vomit a lung. Ran over on round 10 then made up the 2 rounds after time and a 15 HSPU penalty.

    Perhaps it was too soon for this 5# jump.

    Then….

    used 225# for the squats and Holy S*%T! Got through 3 chinups on round 5, squats on round 8, and 2 squats on round 10.

    15 HSPU penalty.

    Today’s WOD using a standard concrete cinder block (42.5 lbs) = 14:20

    A lot tougher than it seems.

    Made up the 10X100m sprint workout yesterday. Everywhere from knees to abs was pretty sore today.

    14:44 Scaled to 35# bar on Rd 4, and PVC pipe on Rd 5. Also scale Burpees to 15.
